Fossil Forge Design

The Design Division, here at Fossil Forge, has been hard at work creating new prints for Local Foundery. Lots of spots you may remember from Bannister Mall to the Green Bowl. And there are many old favorites, like Griff's Hamburgers and Waid's to display. These are being printed and will be at the store in a few days! Here is sampling:

We are happy to have partnered with the Rotary Club of Lee's Summit to create three new Little Free Libraries. The first was dedicated in the rain today at Hillcrest Transitional Housing. Thank you to everyone at Rotary for their desire to promote literacy in our town.

Once you walk through the doors of The Summit Church you can see their pride and commitment to our town. We were honored to build this large sign for their lobby. It showcases their mission and the icon of Lee’s Summit...the Hartley Heart! Thanks to Cigi and the staff for working together with us. Ben served up another great build and Genesis Powder Coating did a phenomenal job on the letters!

As Spring blossoms, so do a lot of our signs! Today, we finished the installation of these six carved signs for Lone Summit Ranch, near Lee’s Summit. This gorgeous wedding venue has it all. The large main sign greets guests near the entrance, while the smaller signs guide the way to accommodations. Colin and Remy did a fine job seeing this project to completion!
