Qualifications Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required) Office Assistant: 2 years (Required)... Foodservice equipment company seeking a full-time Office Assistant for our Columbia, MO location. This individual will be providing general office support services for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company procedures and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members. The ideal candidate will be reliable, upbeat, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM. Benefits include medical, dental, life, 401k. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as adding calculators, computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, postage scale, and cash registers as necessary. We have been asked several times if we could home deliver ice cream, or create a central pick up point in Columbia, where a person could pick up ice cream ...and not have to leave their vehicle , or deal with crowded stores. We are looking into taking orders through the week, (credit card orders would speed up delivery with no physical contact) and finding a location such as a parking lot on Conley Road, on a predetermined date. We would ask that you order in lots of 12 half pints or 6 pint, as these are case lots, mix and match flavors as you please.
