Leadership Experience and Adventure Program (LEAP) is program that involves online and interactive activities led by adults with hearing loss to bring awareness, and focus on leadership, life, and work skills to help teens! LEAP is free to attend, and applications are open until August 31st, 2021! Share this with any teens with hearing loss, and encourage them to check this wonderful opportunity!

We want to give a special shoutout to two of our current second year graduate students, Macy and Morgan! They are completing their clinical experience at Leaps and Bounds, and with the help of one of their clinical educators, hosted a hearing screening day for current clients and those in the community! Meet Erin Shannon, who is currently in the graduate deaf education program at Fontbonne and an IPEI grant recipient! Erin is currently working as a speech language pathologist at an early childhood center for a local school district. She moved to St. Louis two years ago from Wisconsin with her husband and puppy.
