Our Branson Market which is held May through October every Tuesday on the Branson landing from 3-7 is pushing our season opening BACK from (tomorrow) May 4th until the following Tuesday May 11th. Due to anticipated storms during market hours, we've decided to postpone but we hope you will join us next week - Tuesday May 11th for our Branson Farmers Market Kick-Off! Fire Family BBQ has a menu filled with tasty smoked meats, but that smoked biscuits and gravy was calling to me! It’s a bowl full of Smokey, savory goodness! If you're looking for new dinner ideas, we have one for you! Bulone Enterprises, LLC shared a recipe on their website for Eggplant Parmesan using their Vodka Sauce Marinara. Pick up the ingredients at market tomorrow from 8am - 1pm & enjoy this delicious dish! #FrecipeFriday Ingredients: I Eggplant cut into thick slices 2 Eggs Slightly Beaten*... 1 to 2 C Breadcrumbs 1 T Italian Seasoning 1 16 Oz jar Vince’s Vodka Marinara 1 C Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 C Grated Mozzarella Cheese Dip eggplant slices one at a time into the egg mixture, then with wet hand dip into the seasoned breadcrumbs, removing with dry hand onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until lightly toasted and eggplant is tender. Remove from oven. Arrange into a glass 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with Vince’s Vodka Marinara, parmesan and mozzarella. Put in oven until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly. Serve immediately. * Chicken can be substituted for Eggplant
