Hello Friends I wanted to introduce myself to my followers that are new to following Flour Power. My name is Trish Sieckmann, I am the owner and creator of all things pastry for Flour Power. I have been working in bakeries for over 25 years. I have worked with many bakeries here in Columbia Missouri, such as The Upper Crust, Trattoria Strada nova, and Fresh Ideas. I am married to my best friend Ryan Sieckmann and together we have 2 daughters and 2 adult children. I am al...so a lover to all things cuddly. I studied and worked in Baltimore Maryland. I received my baking/pastry degree in my mid thirties and went on to teaching baking immediately after. I moved back to Columbia in 2016 and have been working hard to grow on my own brand. 2020 was going to be the year! Covid took a big hit on us and my plans. I have not let that get in my way. This year, 2021 will be a year I want to learn and grow into a great business owner and bring you all the delicious pastries from my house to yours. I am grateful to all my followers and friends that helped me and my family get through one of the hardest times of our lifetime. I am currently taking orders for special occasions for 2021.
