What are your health and fitness goals for this year? Whatever your goal is, make it very specific and easily measured as you’re more likely to stick with it. Rather than saying, I’m going to drink more water, say, I’m going to drink a glass of water before I eat each meal and two in between, as this is more specific. CRANBERRIES! Cranberries and the holidays go hand in hand. They are so good for our bodies! Do a quick Google search and you will find a myriad of cranberry recipes that are easy to make but packed with goodness. Even something as simple as chilling pure cranberry juice and pure apple juice, Mix them 50/50 and then pour into a glass with ice - about halfway. Fill the other half with seltzer water.
