Today we finished the last of our Easter events at the studio. We had so much fun celebrating with our young painters, bunnies and chicks. Thank you for making what we do so much fun.

Our pick up shelves are full!!! We’re out of space for pottery coming out of today’s kilns. Thank you for painting wuth us over spring break. We love seeing all of your beautiful pottery as we’re unloading it. We can’t wait for you to see it, too!

The Johnsons have been painting pottery Easter eggs as a family for the last thirteen years. We love the traditions they have, and we’re so grateful they share this one with us. This is the photo from today. They send us photos of their baskets of eggs from past years. We love everything about this.

We’re open New Year’s Eve 12-8pm and New Year’s Day 12-8pm. Come celebrate the beginning of a new year with us! We serve coffe, tea, soda, beer and wine. Also, we’re in love with this customer creation! You can print any image or words at our computer design station. Trace them onto your pottery and easily create a beautiful design.

My daughter lives in Michigan. Each time she comes home, our favorite thing to do together is paint pottery. Today we spent the day painting, and she painted the stages of the Monarch’s metamorphosis for me. I made a time lapse video, and it’s pretty cool to watch the process. The colors will get vibrant once it’s fired in the kiln. I love the studio and the time we’ve shared painting together over the last seventeen years. I absolutely love this gift.

We have new Monarchs today, and more are emerging each day this week. You can see them at our special Monarch Story Time Pottery event on Saturday, or you can stop by any time on Saturday after the event. We think you’ll love them as much as we do.

Hours, Prices, and Curbside Pottery-To-Go Details: This week we are open Tuesday-Sunday from 12pm-6pm NO RESERVATIONS NEEDED!... We are also offering Curbside Pottery-To-Go. ORDER CURBSIDE POTTERY-TO-GO: You can contact us in two different ways: Call: (417) 881-8381 Text: (417) 813-6604 1. Look at the photos in our Facebook post. Let us know the letter, # and $ of the item on the post it in front of the piece of pottery. 2. Tell us how many painters 3. Cost is $3/painter + pottery 4. Tell us what colors you'd like. Choose up to six from the following: -yellow -orange -red -black -white -brown (light, medium or dark) -blue (dark, medium or light) -green (medium or dark) -purple (light, medium or dark) -pink (light medium or dark) ***let us know which color will be your background color. We'll send more of that color. 5. We'll send you with pottery, glazes and a paint brush. 6. We'll call you when it's ready to pick up, and you'll call or text us when you arrive at our BACK ENTRANCE. We'll place it on the table on the table on the back patio, so you can pick It up without contact. 7. You'll call us when you drop it off on the table after it's painted. We'll bring it inside, fire it and have it ready for you to pick up in a week. DROPPING OFF POTTERY PREVIOUSLY PAINTED: Don't forget to return the brushes! Just call or text us when you are at the back entrance. We'll collect the pottery. Make sure your ticket with your contact info it still attached to the bag, so we know it's your pottery. Your pottery will be ready one week after you've dropped it off. Please drop off Tuesday-Sunday between 12pm & 6pm. PICKING UP YOUR POTTERY: Just call or text us when you are at the back entrance. Give us the first & last name on your ticket, your phone number, and the model of your car. We'll bring the pottery out to the table. Please check your pottery before leaving.
