First Sunday in May And that means the return of Food and Fellowship at Fillmore Christian. Show up at 9:45 to enjoy some breakfast treats and catch up with Church family. Feel free to bring something to share Worship will start a bit after 10 am.

Exciting that tomorrow we'll be meeting for Bible Study in the 9 am hour for the first time in over a year We'll start with a couple hymns at 9 am and then dismiss into age-based classes (nursery, preschool, elementary, teen, and adult). Those will end at 9:45 am as we then get ready to worship all together at 10 am

Join us Saturday to learn more about baptism. All are welcome, even if you're not considering baptism for yourself. It's always good to remember why we chose it!

Churches in our community are raising the funds necessary to stockpile 80 mattresses, which is one of the greatest needs of families in transition within our community. If you'd like to give financially to that cause you can do so with the link below and Fillmore Christian will match any donations for that purpose. We'll keep the link open till Friday morning.

This Sunday we will join with many others in a time of prayer and fasting for God's will to be done and his Kingdom come in our country and world. You choose what fasting is appropriate for you and your family

Mixin it up tomorrow morning! We'll get together at the Fillmore Ballpark tomorrow morning at 10 am for worship! Bring a lawn chair, looking forward to a beautiful morning. We'll be reflecting on the 3 year journey through the Bible with these questions for everyone: Do you recall where you and your family were in your faith and spiritual health in Fall 2017 before we began the Gospel Project?... Has anything changed in your faith in the past 3 years? Is any of that change related to going through the entire Bible? When do you plan to go through the entire Bible again personally? How difficult is it for you to find Christ in the Old Testament? What value do you see in studying the Bible together as a church as opposed to on your own? Are there any specific lessons or insights that you gained from our walk through the Bible?

COVID-19 cases are the most active in our community since the pandemic began. However, we feel confident in the measures we've taken since June to worship together without significantly elevating the risk of spread. Masks are not required for worship at Fillmore Christian, but with increased COVID activity, please consider wearing a mask to keep risks suppressed. We will continue to walk and talk together to find the balance between respecting our neighbors and not living in fear.
