Most popular ones are a Loan up to 10,000 which does NOT have to be paid back and the second one is Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) where government will pay for your payroll expenses during this hard time. Almost all businesses are affected by this and it will be a relief for many self employed people during this hard time. Self employed people who receive a 1099misc qualify too, so you don't have to have a registered business to get this. If you had a 1099 in the past you can apply.
