Happy National Dental Hygienist week to our amazing hygienists! We look forward to getting back to normal soon so that our girls can get back to being awesome team members! Thanks Debbie, Libby and Brittany for all you do!

Our next team member with her furry friends is Kara! Kara is a clinical assistant helping the doctors perform treatment for our patients. Kara has a great work ethic and provides some of the best clinical care a patient can receive! Kara is compassionate for the care she provides and is easy going with all of our patients. Her first furry friend is June the Texas Blue heeler. June loves to work cattle with her dad and is the loyal family protector - nobody can mess with the boys without June being there! Rosie Mae is a 10 month Red Texas Heeler who loves getting her belly rubbed and her guilty pleasure is eating the cat food. And finally we have Reece who is a 2 year old Calico. Reece is more of a dog than cat as she will come when called but she does love to hunt outside!

Our next team member to feature is one of our awesome hygienists, Libby! Libby is meticulous in her care with patients but is also laid back and easy to talk to. All of Libby’s patients love coming to see her and always leave with a smile on their face! While Libby doesn’t have any furry friends at home she does have a few animals of her own! These are her super cute kids, Rosie and Mikey. Mikey is an aspiring American Ninja Warrior champion and both him and Rosie have recently been getting into golf lessons (before the virus craziness of course). You may see them both on a golf tour soon!

Our next team member with her not so furry friend is Debbie!! Debbie has been a hygienist with the practice shortly after the practice started. Debbie is a wonderful hygienist and her patients will tell you the same! She can always be found having a good time with her patients during their cleanings as she has great relationships with everyone that is under her care. Debbie doesn’t have any furry friends running around the house but her grandson does have a bearded dragon th...at their family loves! This is Cappy, short for Cappuccino. He is an Australian Bearded Dragon that her grandson has raised since it was young. Cappys diet includes fruits, salad and crickets and his favorite food is mangos! Also, quick update at Festus Smile Center: Our office is unfortunately continuing to have significantly reduced hours due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We are seeing emergencies on an appointment basis so if you have a dental emergency including pain or swelling please call and if during non-business hours please call the emergency line which can be obtained after calling the office. Our next team member with her furry friend is Dr. Michelle! Dr. Michelle is an amazing dentist who provides excellent and gentle care to her patients. Dr. Michelle has now been with the practice for over 5 years and is loved by all of her patients! This is West, he just turned 10 on Saint Patrick’s day and is the big brother to Dr. Michelle’s two daughters. West can often be found letting the kids playing and climbing all over him - he is a great big brother! He will do about anything for a treat and his favorite time of day is dinner time!
