This week for Wellness Wednesday, we did some Mindful Walking! While walking alone is a great way to engage in physical health and wellness, adding the mindfulness piece allows us to focus on our mental health, too, and fully engaging in what we are doing. When we are fully present in any task, we are able to focus on the here and now and appreciate the little moments in our lives. No matter if you are inside or outside, we invite you to mindfully walk with us! Notice your left foot and notice your right foot as you take each step. Notice how it feels when your feet touch the ground and the urge to take the next step. What other tasks or activities can we be mindful in today? #wellnesswednesdays

It’s so important to speak up and fight stigma. Here’s what mental health experts, celebrities, and men dealing with their own mental health issues want others to know, including what it’s like to have a mental health diagnosis, how to ask for help, and what they think the future of men’s mental health will look like. If you or a loved one need help please call 1.800.356.5395 or visit us online at www.fccinc.org. #fccbhcares #ShowMeHope
