FBC of Cape Fair

Good evening, this is dr. Steven Gann pastor at FBC of Cape Fair with some important news about this weeks activities. As you may already know, we did not hold in person Sunday Morning service this past Sunday January 17th. We were online only as we have had more than several members test positive for covid and several more showing troubling persistent symptoms. Robin and Holly and I are doing just fine and were not and are not having any symptoms. My decision was based u...pon attempting to reign in any further unnecessary exposures among the family of God at FBC. That said, we will be online only once again this coming Sunday morning the 24th. I have been consulting with some pastor friends and most of the time two Sundays not in person is pretty standard, to make sure we get past the hump here. So, for this coming Sunday, January 24th, we will again be only online on Facebook Live on our Facebook page. I will keep information flowing your direction through robo calls and the Facebook page as well as the website to keep us all apprised as we look to the 31st of January as our target date for in person corporate worship once again. One more quick note, Robin and I will be handing the Wednesday meal prep and deliveries tomorrow night January 20th alone in order to keep interaction in the building to a minimum until after Sunday the 24th. So, those who receive the Wednesday meal delivery will see no interruption in that ministry. Thanks again everyone for your gracious spirit of cooperation as we put each other first. We will post our recent stats on our website and on Facebook in the next few days and will resume a paper bulletin for the 31st. Tune in this Sunday morning then for worship and teaching. We had a great online crowd this past Sunday and look forward to another wonderful Lord’s Day this coming Sunday. It is amazing what the Lord can do through His people in trying times.
