February 24 to March 22nd Here’s how it goes 1. Wear your HR monitor to class. Dont have one? That’s ok we have extra for purchase! 2. Write your name on the white board 3. Every time you hit 45 points, give yourself a point 4. VERY IMPORTANT... SAVE the email reports of 45 point workouts for verification at the end 4. So we’d have people park there, ride to main and 19th then walk over to F45. 10am - Breakfast tacos, water and sodas. (BYOB if you want).... 11:30 parade begins @6th and grand. Watch parade on our TV. 12:15 (ish) parade comes by our location 1:30 rally begins near museum/union station.
