A few before and after pictures of a stain concrete floor completed in a residential basement. Pictures were a little difficult due to limited amount of lighting.

Finished pictures of a stain floor that we gave a little TLC to. Previous floor was blotchy with skippers in the top coat and bare concrete were the stain was not sprayed. Completely sanded floor down to get all the debris out of the existing top coat, applied more stain to the bare areas, flooded floor with epoxy, and final coated with a satin finish urethane. Finally, caulked the joints.
