Performs other manual related tasks as assigned. This flexible role will require performing common mechanical tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse-like environment. Desirable candidates can work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times, and are highly organized and hard working. Position Details: 3rd shift 10pm-6am... Basic Job Duties and Responsibilities: -Uses a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets. -In a repair department places pallet on repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails replaced boards into place. -In an assembly department takes stock boards and nails together based on type of pallet desired. -Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the saw. -Work requires operator to stand for long periods of time. -Operators must be able to repeatedly lift a pallet weighing 50-75 lbs. -Nail guns must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures always.
