Please pray for our friends and their neighbors in Acuña, Mexico. It is unusually cold there as well and they even have snow! Currently, the electricity is out at Pastor David’s house so they have no heat! It has been off for a couple of hours. They are blessed to have an insulated house. Many, if not most of their neighbors do not have that luxury.

Está en la Biblia, Josué 23:14, "Reconoced, pues, con todo vuestro corazón y con toda vuestra alma, que no ha faltado una palabra que Jehová vuestro Dios había dicho de vosotros; todas os han acontecido, no ha faltado ninguna de ellas". Se nos ha prometido vida eterna. Está en la Biblia, 1 Juan 2:25, "Y esta es la promesa que él nos hizo, la vida eterna". Dios puede hacer lo imposible. Está en la Biblia, Lucas 18:27, "Él les dijo: Lo que es imposible para los hombres, es posible para Dios". Se nos ha prometido corazones y deseos nuevos. Está en la Biblia, Ezequiel 36:26, "Os daré corazón nuevo, y pondré espíritu nuevo dentro de vosotros; y quitaré de vuestra carne el corazón de piedra, y os daré un corazón de carne". Amén.... It is with great sadness and overwhelming loss that we must share the tragic news that our precious son, John Canote, very unexpectedly, passed away during the ...night on October 7 of an apparent accidental overdose. He struggled with depression and would self-medicate to deal with it. We know that today our son is no longer sad or depressed and is making music with Jesus and the angels. But also, our family will miss him so terribly much. God has promised to carry us through this difficult time and we trust Him to do so. Your prayers are appreciated and needed.
