We are searching for an organized, task & detail-oriented culinary enthusiast to lead our cafe kitchen. Duties include -Food preparation duties including prepping and slicing ingredients, preparing and cooking bakery items, preparing sauces, handling and cooking raw meat, and preparing menu items to order for customer consumption (salads, sandwiches, snacks). -Counter responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service through good communication, positive attitude..., and connecting with customers, and assisting the barista with drink orders. Must be knowledgeable about all food-related offerings and store promotions. -Complies with all health and safety standards and maintains cleanliness of the work stations and all production equipment. -Managing inventory and par levels on prepared foods to minimize waste. -Contributes to a positive store atmosphere by maintaining calm during periods of high stress.
