These are a few of my favorite things! Are you seeking a simple anti-aging routine that gives you medical-grade results without irritation? These botanical base...d dynamic duo anti-aging products of Epionce Lytic treatment, and Renewal Facial Lotion help to reduce fine lines and wrinkles better than leading retinoids. This duo is very easy to use. Apply Lytic Treatment to clean skin and wait at least 5 minutes for optimal benefit. Then follow with the Renewal Facial Lotion for skin barrier nutrition and concentrated hydration. #healthyskin #epionceskincare #epionce #stlesthetician #medicalspa #estheticianlife See more

***What type of acne are you?*** These are several different types of acne but here Is the jist of what you need to know. " Acne is definitely is a four little ...word who suffer with it. It is a inherited disorder of the pores-pores that want to sludge up with dead skin cells. Normal pores sheds about one layer of dead skin cells per day inside the pore. The acne prone pore sheds up to five layers per day and the body just cant keep up. This forms congestion under the skin which are non inflamed acne lesions (blackheads/whiteheads). If bacteria is present (and bacteria LOVES to feed on dead skin cells and oil!) you will get inflamed pimples, pustules, and/or cysts. There are two main types of acne as we see it, noninflamed acne and inflamed acne. Most people of the combination of the two."- Face Reality Skincare #stlesthetician #precisionfitnessandmedicalspa #goodskin #facereality #acnetreatment #acneprone #acneproblems #guthealth #medicalspa #estheticianlife

IT'S OFFICIALLY PEEL SEASON GUYS!!!! Now that it's full blown fall weather that means it's safe to do chemical peels! I got to start the season out by receiving... a SkinCeuticals Advanced Corrective Peel from Ginger Elizabeth Precision Fitness & Medical Spa. This peel is a heavier duty chemical peel that has a blend of 14% salicylic acid, 14% lactic acid, and 10% phenylethly resorecinol. It helps with deep discoloration, uneven texture, fine lines and wrinkles. This treatment is $350 and comes with a 2 week follow up Dermaplane Facial. This is day 3 post peel (I totally forgot to take a picture of day 1 and 2) it feels super tight and flaky but this will only last a few more days, then I'll have more even toned and bright skin! This is a quick treatment and the results are fantastic! I cant wait to see how my face looks and feels in a few days! If your needing to give your skin a good restart DM me for a appointment or call the spa and we will get you taken care of! See more

Vitamin C can be a really confusing ingredient. While it can be very beneficial to treat and prevent changes associated with photo aging, stimulating collagen, ...and help with hyperpigmentation it's a very unstable ingredient. In fact formulating Vitamin C is very difficult because of its unsuitability and unwillingness to fully be able to deliver into the skin in the optimum dosage without oxidizing. If you have any questions on what the best vitamin c serums you should be using daily, drop your comments below
