I have been doing a lot of learning in the "elder" market. Elder in my world is anyone that is beginning to plan for retirement and end of life. I have quickly found that the work we do is so much more significant than most others, and my clients in that space find MASSIVE value in our conversations. The funny part is that almost everyone I call in this space "already has it all taken care of." Unfortunately for most, the majority of advice is generic instead of individual...ly focused. I very much enjoy the conversations I have with the families that are very focused on achieving their goals and ensuring that they are partnered with a team that truly cares.
