HOW MUCH CRAP comes to your email every year? I found out the answer... I just spent 5 days deleted, in chunks, emails that were not receipts, invoices, statements or records...and/or any topic that I thought I might want to refer back to. There were over 55,000 emails and over that 5 days, I deleted over 50,000 emails. That was from about Feb to Dec. AND... I still have almost 5,000 that are emails I may or may not go back to.. over 50,000 emails of absolute CRAP... WORTHLE...SS or unsolicited emails that I just deleted. Do you have a system for your email? Do you have a system to keep from getting distracted from all the noise around you and keep you focused on adding more income to your bank account AND getting your time back to enjoy family and friends and LIFE! Don't waste 5 DAYs of your life deleting CRAP. Here is what is amazing? almost all of them were offering huge discounts, going to show me how to become a millionaire, make my life easier, and even many that were going to send me millions of dollars and/or had a very strange link (probably about 5% of them) that were virus links to take advantage of me and my computer. So, the question? Why do we all continue to market with all email drip plans? and when was the last time you deleted all those unwanted emails out of your email inbox/junk/trash folder? 2020 was a crappy year, and 2021 is our fresh start.. clean out the crap in your email program and start 2021 with a refreshing inbox

Thank goodness the systems are in place. Closed 2 homes while sneaking on a mini-vacation. Hope to keep it as covid safe as we can :)

It is tough to get someone to share success because most people really don't like to "brag". I always ask students and followers of the MTPRA and CLUB100 systems to share their success so other agents can see the power of a consistent, persistent follow up. This is one of the most important pieces of the puzzle between doing 1 or maybe 2 sales per month and moving towards 100 sales, year after year after year.
