Attention all KC Metro Animal Lovers! Empawered is a foster based animal rescue who is seeking individuals who are able and willing to help volunteer their time for animals who need it most. As we are still getting up and running we are starting the process of taking FOSTER APPLICATIONS to find individuals who would like to help us as we begin our journey to save dogs and cats around the metro area.
