Every parent I know has said or at least thought this once or twice. But in pandemic times this could be are battle cry. During this time I constantly need to pay attention to my thoughts... are they giving me life or filling me with dread? It's ok to admit it. This. Is. HARD. And it has been hard for 5 months. How can we give ourselves and our kids the grace to just be where we are? No pressure to make learn from home spaces pintetest worthy. Ignore the lie that it is our responsibility to make sure our children are academic geniuses.
