Sleepy Bear Cabins Cancellation Policy By booking with Sleepy Bear Cabins, you are automatically agreeing to this policy. This is non negotiable under any circumstances. ... We require a one night, non-refundable deposit in order to securely book your date. This does count towards your first night. If you cancel at any point before two weeks of your scheduled trip, then you will lose only the deposit if you fully cancel. As an alternative, you may also request that the deposit be moved to a later date in order to preserve the deposit. If you cancel in between 14 days and 7 days of your scheduled trip, then you will lose the one night deposit plus you may be charged 50% of the remaining balance if we are unable to re-book your dates. This will be charged to the credit card on file. If the dates are re-booked, then you will only lose the deposit. If you cancel between 6 days and 4 days of your scheduled trip, then you will lose the one night deposit plus you may be charged 75% of the remaining balance if we are unable to re-book your dates.
