This post is from the bottom of my heart and very hard to write and also comforting at the same time . I am making the heartfelt decision to close up Embree Auto Detailing , I am making this decision because I am wanting to spend more time with my family on my off time from my regular job . I tried to juggle both but with my new job I got last October it’s been a struggle to do both , then there is also my health . I am having severe back pain bending down and around cars and... trucks and it’s effecting my day to day . We looked at many different options to keep the business open and none seemed they would fit our end result and that’s more family time . I have detailed many cars , trucks , bikes , boats and anything honestly you could imagine we have detailed over the 11 some years we have been a business . I met many good people over the years and gained so many Acquaintances , we have sponsored race cars , coyote tourneys , little cheer , football , project grads , many benefits , and gave Money to many people in need . We are not closing down for the lack of business by any means and it is a little emotional that over the last few days I have had people acquire about detailing and I was just doing some thinking on it I truly wanted to shut it down and the answer if yes I do . I know this may not make some happy and others will be supportive of me and my families decision . I appreciate over the years all the love support the community of oak grove has shown me and all my customers that have had over all these years . I started this out several years ago to pay for my daughters dance and then cheer and I never imagined it being a successful business where it allowed me to live a great lifestyle and buy many fun toys over the years . I am very grateful god allowed my body to stay healthy enough up to this point but as many know I am a 100% disabled veteran as well and my body is pretty beat up from my 3 consecutive tours to Iraq . I may do a detail every now and again for family or very close friends but for the time being we are closing up for good on the detail side of things . We will still offer carpet shampooing for cars and trucks and also do emergency stain removal , also still do residential carpet but no more detailing of any kind . Cheaper isn’t always better , remember make sure you do your research . Make sure your detailer is insured , licensed as a legit business , and has several reviews and examples of there work . A good detailer will be knowledgeable and will take the time to explain what they are doing .
