Capital Sand Proppants is seeking to immediately fill several positions. Available Positions: Plant Groundmen Starting rate is $17.00 hr. and raise after s...ix-month employment with the company. Responsible for greasing, housekeeping and light maintenance of dry processing plant. Position will require frequent use of fire hose and manual shoveling loose sand. Equipment operations may include skid steer, small loader, forklift and man-lift. This position reports to Plant Leadman and is on 24/7 rotating crew. Other duties may be assigned by Leadman. At times, for example plant down time, position may require maintenance or housekeeping activities involving manual labor, including shovels and fire hoses used for clean-up. This position requires climbing, bending, stooping, walking, sitting, and lifting-up to 75 lbs.
