Remember today? It's Taco Cake Day! We made this cake even better by skipping the cake part and using meat and taco shells instead! And for icing, we've decided to use lettuce and pico de gallo. Heck, we were already using real sour cream so it only made sense. Come to think of it....this is starting to sound suspiciously like just a taco rather than a taco cake....

Guess what? Tomorrow for one day only, we will be serving up TACO CAKE! That's right! Because nothing says authentic Mexican cuisine like a cake shaped like a taco. We're even putting a bit of extra pizzazz on it by using real sour cream on top!
