Ella, the beloved mascot of Elmwood Cemetery, was buried today. For those of you who were not able to attend Ella's service today, or who did attend but were not able to get close enough to view her beautiful monument and urn, we are attaching a few photos we thought you might enjoy. These were taken around 4:30 this afternoon when the monument was in better light by Bruce Mathews. It was a very special day. We will be getting all of the photos that the KCAI photography stu...dents took today of the ceremony, and we will pass some of those along when they are available. What a beautiful day this was for everyone touched by Ella. The Great Plains SPCA Camp kids were precious and did such a great job.
