Eisen Group STL

The Graduate Hotel is going vertical with our partners in the industry Rockford Construction and Damico Contracting. This project located in East Lansing Michigan will be a 10 story hotel with over 12,000 LF of CFS panels starting at the 3rd level. We will also be providing 90,000 SF of composite decking along with 45,000 SF of USG Sheathing. The Friendship Village Sunset Hills Skilled Nursing Facility project is well underway and is picking up pace as the team moves up to the second floor of the three story building. Working with PARIC Corporation, and TJ Wies Contracting, Inc. has already installed approximately 3,850 LF of wall panels, 695 joist, and 27,800SF of decking. Our total project will include 12,000 LF of Eisen wall panels, 1,315 Eisen floor joist, 108,800SF of decking. The Element, a Marriott Hotel located adjacent to the St. Louis University Campus, is in full swing mode with moving up past the podium last week. Midas Hospitality brought The Eisen Group on board for this project to help deliver the 7 story building. Tj Wies Contracting Inc. will be installing a total of 13,450LF of Eisen wall panels, over 2,000 Eisen joist, and 84,000SF of composite and form deck. In addition to Eisen’s prefabricated system, Midas also brought SurePods on board as well.
