I’ll always love a classic look

It’s closing day and it feels sooo good to finally be at the finish line. I think I grew a few grays from this one. The biggest thing was when the appraisal came in lower than the asking price But thanks to my negotiating skills, my clients paid $8k less than the original asking price AND we got the repairs we requested done from the inspection. That was pretty major. So here we are today, at closing with $8K more in my clients pockets! Shout out to my client for not going insane lol #HappyClosingDay
