Lots of people are talking about sore throats, fatigue, cough, etc. You can make this Ayurvedic drink at home on your own with these simple ingredients or you can buy the premixed spices I sell in a gel capsule. You only need about 1-3 grams (or 1-3 capsules)depending on how yucky you feel. You can use this once or daily, it's up to you. Here's how you make it: Heat 2-4oz of water in a mug, add a Tbsp of honey, 1-2oz of Apple Cider Vinegar, the spices, and some lemon juice.
