Just filed a lawsuit in the Kansas City area. An apartment complex in a wealthy area couldn't believe, apparently, that a black person could possibly be a tenant there, despite our client providing his full name and apartment unit repeatedly (as well as an employee confirming that he was a tenant), so they called the cops and had him arrested for trespassing. SMH...

Young man headed home after just a couple beers. Cop lights him up for rolling a stop sign (haven't we all?!). No field sobriety tests, so no chance for our client to prove his sobriety. Instead, arrested for DWI, provided with notice of license suspension, and facing job loss because of his status as CDL holder. Happy to announce that we were able to get the DWI dropped, reverse the license suspension, and save his career!

1st-offense DWI expunged despite plea to 2nd-offense DWI. Happy to help our client get a new start on life...
