After reading several versions of the book, The Gingerbread Man, our students were concerned that their gingerbread boys and girls would jump out of the oven while baking! Thankfully, every child was able to decorate the cookies and none of them ran away.

Fall fun is in full swing! We've painted pumpkins, had a scavenger hunt, created leaf rubbings, and celebrated at our Fall Parties. Check out the learning and fun!

Our classes have learned all about apples for the past few weeks! My girls helped me pick apples from a nearby orchard, so that we could all taste test the various varieties and learn about their parts. We've read about Johnny Appleseed, built structures with apple slices and toothpicks, read numerous books, made homemade applesauce, created several crafts, and so much more!

This week was so much fun! Our All About Me theme has been a hit. Each day we've read books and completed activities on the topic. Check out our pictures!
