Crown molding video

To solve a clients truss up-lift problem that was cracking and peeling the drywall tape at the wall/ceiling intersection at several area of the house we decided to install one and two piece crown molding systems to hide the issue. All the crown molding has custom back blocks fastened to the wall so the crown is only fastened to the wall and is spaced 1/4 down from ceiling/ceiling moulding so the ceiling can move independently and not interfere with the crown. Turned out nicely, especially the two-piece system in the main section of the house!!

Olivette kitchen remodel

Another recent basement project including removing a wall to create one large entertaining space with a beautiful new wine bar, island, small wet bar, and an excercise room with white painted exposed floor joist for the ceiling finish.

This is our most recent basement frame & finish. It consists of a huge open room that will be a dedicated room for a large miniature train setup (the blue stripe room) a living room, workshop, 3 piece bathroom, and a small kitchenette/bar.
