If you caught my newest segment on Ozarks Live you seen my run down on some scotch eggs. But what I didn’t show was this monster of a burger I also tried from ...Dublin's Pass Downtown! The Guinness Burger is two smash patties smothered in Guinness cheese sauce. Then you can add a fried egg, bacon or pile it with their corned beef...I chose to live a little and added corn beef! This was a cheesy, beefy goodness friends! The saltiness of the corn beef paired well with the cheese sauce and the beef. Lots of texture on this burger, as well as packed with flavor! Plus the pickled Scottish eggs and a side salad was a huge amount of food that I couldn’t finish! Head downtown Springfield and grab one of these bad boys today! Also, they are under new ownership and are redoing the menu, all fresh never frozen on their beef and chicken coming soon!

NEW VIDEO!! The Dublin Dare 2.0 massive Reuben Burger Challenge at Dublin's Pass Downtown in Springfield, Missouri!! There is another Dublin's Pass location in ...South Springfield, MO. I beat there original Dublin Dare 1.0 Challenge back in 2014 for win #186, so I was very very excited to try this one and hopefully get overall win #840. I had 30 minutes to finish four 1/4 lb beef burger patties with bacon between two large corned beef Reuben sandwich buns. It was topped with a Scottish Egg and a "Reuben Roll." That all came with 1 lb portions of loaded fries and loaded tater tots. I also had to finish a quart of Guinness, plus a tasty Dublin Drop Shot.
