Thankful to be getting back to work. Appreciate Nyzah McDonald sharing our story on KOLR 10.

We have been closely monitoring the recommendations of state and federal governments, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the American Dental Association (ADA) and the World Health Organization. In light of the new ADA recommendations we will be postponing all dental procedures, until Monday, April 6th to help protect our community and our team. If you have a procedure scheduled prior to April 6th we will be in contact to reschedule your appointment. As always, we will ...ensure your dental needs cared for using the highest level of care and diligence. Prior to April 6th, if you are experiencing a real emergency, we encourage you to visit urgent care or call 911. We also encourage our community to follow the 14 day shut-down and social distancing recommendations so we can do our part to limit the effect of this virus. We will continue to monitor the situation and the information made available by the ADA, CDC and WHO to make well-informed decisions for the safety of our patients and staff.

Dr. Massey wanted me to relay a few things to our current and future patients considering the current virus that is circulating. As much as possible we will be business as usual. We exist to alleviate pain through root canal therapy and that is what we will continue to do until further notice. The front desk will relay to all patients that we would like for only the patient to be in and out of the office if possible. Of course minors, and elderly, and patients on halcion are ...allowed their guardian and or driver. We will also disinfect all hard surfaces on the hour front to back in addition to our thorough sterilization process that is already in place. We will allow patients to fill out paperwork and we will gift them the pen that they used. If patients in the office or on the phone ask what we are doing during this time we will relay the above information to them. When confirming patients for next week we will politely ask them if they or anyone in their immediate family has been sick, if so they will be asked to kindly reschedule. Dr. Massey will be out of the office stating Friday December 22nd and will return January 2nd. Staff will be in the office Friday the 22nd and then again Tuesday the 26th through Friday the 29th to scheadule appointments and answer questions. Dr. Massey and the entire team at Greater Springfield Endodontics wishes you a Merry Christmas, and a safe and Happy New Year!
