Carter Family Chiropractic WILL REMAIN OPEN for the time being with limited staff. As a portal-of-entry health care provider, our services are deemed essential ...and consistent with other local health care centers. We have always been diligent about cleaning and preventing the spread of disease in our clinic. However, in light of this current COVID-19 outbreak, we have become even more diligent. Spaced scheduling of patients is being applied with respect to social distancing. We do ask all patients that if you are experiencing any symptoms of cold or influenza, such as sore throat, coughing, sneezing or fever, if you have flown in the last two weeks, or if you have been exposed to anyone ill, to please stay home and contact your PCP. We strive to continue to treat patients with the least amount of inconvenience, while respecting the safety of all. We will continue to monitor this rapidly changing situation for our local area and will provide you with more information as it becomes available. It is critical that we all work together to do all we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Thank you for your trust in us and for your understanding. "Studies show that if a patient initiates care with a chiropractor, they are significantly less likely to be prescribed pain medications and are also less likely to visit an emergency room for treatment." https://www.krqe.com//legislation-aims-to-add-chiropracti/
