Dowd & Dowd, P.C. has secured a nationwide consumer settlement with The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (SMG) for up to $85,000,000, or more depending on claims, in refunds to consumers who purchased certain Morning Song wild bird food products illegally treated with pesticides that are known to be hazardous to birds. If you purchased certain Morning Song wild bird food products between November 1, 2005 and May 1, 2008, you may be entitled to a refund. The deadline to submit a claim form for a refund is July 1, 2019. Claims can be submitted online at www.birdfoodsettlement.com.

Recall of CVS, Equate and Family Wellness Infant Infants’ Ibuprofen Concentrated Oral Suspension, 50 mg per 1.25 mL, 0.5 oz. bottle.
