I am offering a 30 min. WORKOUT Monday-Wednesday or Friday Over the INTERNET ZOOM. So you get to stay home and still get to workout with me. I have a variety of no impact workouts. Pilates, Tabata, interval training, Core, Stretching. Start your day off right by working out and getting your mindset clear. If your interested send me a message and I can email you the link. $50 for the month is a great deal to get 2 workouts in during the week. And if you miss the morning workout it will be recorded and emailed to you. And if I have enough interest in a live evening workout I can have that too. Live Zoom Times to be announced
