The best way to avoid this back and forth battle of feeling great then in pain, we have to adjust the way to wellness. Try breaking up your workouts in shorter durations. Check-in with your body as you go and stop when you feel like you're over-doing it. ... The good news is you CAN keep working on your fitness without cycling back & forth into pain spurts.
