One of the most important aspects of quality memory care is maintaining a calm environment for residents. Too much noise and action can be overwhelming and detrimental. Staff at all of our houses work hard to make sure the environment stays calm and stable.

This resident loves doing word searches and his thoughtful Care Partners use them as a way to create one on one interactions with him. At Dolan we make a consious effort to utilize activities we know our residents enjoy to foster connections. Activities like word searches also help us enhance cognition and brain stimulation in our residents!
