Here is a good video from Andrea on Essential Oil Steam for Sinus Relief. She is using 25 drops of Cypress, 25 of Eucalyptus, and 25 of Tea Tree. 25 drops is about 1 ml of essential oil. Once your done, just breathe in the steam for about one minute, then let the rest of the oil diffuse into the air. It smells amazing, and helps reduce airborne germs.
