Recent installation of an air curtain at this clients will-call door opening. An air curtain creates a high volume of air that is directed down and across the opening to help prevent dust, debris, and insects from entering while the door is in the open position. Air curtain controller has three functions; On/Auto/Off. Client opted to have the air curtain interconnected with the door via limit switch mounted near the door track. Any time door is not in closed position, air curtain turns on. Simple! Very clean installation by one of our senior technicians. #dustcontrol #installation #interconnected

This industrial client had the challenge of transferring material from first floor to basement and vice versa, at their R&D facility. Previously the only access was a flight of stairs, which was not conducive for use with a two-wheel dolly. A custom size VRC or Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor was the proposed solution! Platform is hydraulically operated from one position to the other with the push of a button. And interlocking swing gates at both levels control access onto platform. The client enclosed the first floor entry point with conventional hollow metal doors, providing a clean finish when the lift is not in use. #conveyor #installation #lift #vrc
