Dixie Jet Lures would like to wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving! Keeping you informed; the new Dixie Jet Pro Series Gizzard Spoons are starting to arrive. The first five colors arrived today. The Blue Shad, Ghost Purple Shad, Chartreuse Sexy Shad, Ghost Shad, and Gizzard Shad assembly will start on 1 December. The remaining six colors should be arriving within the next two weeks. We are waiting on the backing cards and inner boxes to arrive as well and everything will be ready for prime time. Also pictured is our new backing card for these spoons, promoting that all our spoons are made in the USA, proudly keeping jobs in America.

Need help from my Dixie Jet Loyal Customers in choosing the colors for our new Dixie Jet Pro Series Gizzard Spoons. Attached is a photo of the (13) colors I’ve been playing with. Now I have to decide which ones to go with. Colors 1-9 are painted only. The (4) colors with names on them are adhesive fish imprints (very durable). Please rank order the one you think I should go to full production with. FYI... these sample are painted on my 1/2 oz Flutter Spoon, but in reality they will be on my spoon that in size will be between the 1/2 and 3/4 Flutter and the 1 1/2 oz Gizzard Spoon. Same size brass as used on 3/4 oz Flutter. You should see these Flutter backwards on the stroke. Looking forward to hearing from all of you. Some of these look very close to others and they will be eliminated. Thanks in advance....Tom Murphy

ICAST 2019 is quickly arriving. Come visit Dixie Jet Lures in booth 2802, July 10-12. This year my goal is to sign-up Academy Sports, Dicks Sporting Goods and two other major tackle store chains. We are also working on a new spoon. Have not decided on a name yet, but it’s a Flutter Spoon halfway between the 3/4 oz flutter and the Gizzard Spoon. Thinking about calling it the Baby Gizzard Shad. I’m hoping to have the prototype on display in my booth. It will not be prime time ready for the new product unveiling at this ICAST. Going to be a heavier thickness than the three Big Dixie Jet Spoons (same thickness of brass as the 3/4 oz Flutter Spoon). So mark your calendar for the second week of July in Orlando, FL and I look forward to seeing you in booth 2802.
