Thankful Pumpkin.... Focus on gratitude this week and cover a pumpkin with what you're grateful for. This can be a wonderful activity for families, no matter how you connect for the holiday.

Delicata Squash is an easy lunch and Izzy approved! Just cut in half and scoop out seeds, place face up on a plate with a bit of water on it, microwave for 6-7 minutes. I cut up and tossed with olive oil and pine nuts. High in fiber and rich in vitamin A and potassium.

After the pumpkins are picked, we always wash them off so they're beautiful and ready for your home.
