The headline has it right! This is a HUGELY problematic decision! They give a great example, too. We hire a cleaning service in order to provide a better facility for all. Through this ruling, having a cleaning service exposes us to liabilities now and we will have to look at firing the service and then internalizing the process, which we may not want to do. Furthermore, think of the jobs this cleaning service supports; they are now all in jeopardy! This ruling is a huge impact on small businesses.
