Bed and breakfast in Steelville, Mo. This customer wanted me to refinish her existing floors but when I pulled up the carpet I found that there were patches all over the floor which made it impossible. We added a new floor over the old floor and refinished the rooms that had good existing flooring.

This is a old farm house in Sullivan that has been owened by the same family for over a hundred years. They wanted to know if the floors could be saved and some rotten boards replaced.
