Today in the test kitchen we are tying out a cinnamon french puff pasty rolls with over 1000 layers.

Well after a long conversation between ourselves we have decided to not reopen this year due to the covid restrictions that are in place. With that said, since you all can not come to us we will come to you. That's right, we are going to build a food truck or trailer so we can set in your area. Also we will take special orders for our one of a kind macarons and desserts and pick them up when we make camp. 2020 has been rough on everyone and and hoping 2021 will be back to some What normal.

While here we will support the local gelateria.

Today in the test kitchen we made a hybrid chocolate macaron with dark chocolate ganache with raspberry compote.

I'm planning real soon to offer 2 desserts for "donations". I will offer my nutella panna cotta for those with dietary needs and watching their sugar intakes and my sweet potato Monte Blanca. Will have prices up soon.

Today in the test kitchen we made a sweet potato Monte Blanc with a vanilla chantilly creme and citrus marmalade center then a 2 part glaze. Bottom glaze is limoncello with a top mirror glass while sitting on a limoncello cookie.

Today in the test kitchen we are making a limoncello and raspberry semifreddo. Very simple dessert that you can make at home and we will show you.

Well unfortunately due to the virus lockdown the health department are not allowing new restaurant's to open. So with that we will have our new location set up and ready to serve when life somewhat goes back to normal.

They are on the front lines of this health crisis and they need all our help and support. We couldn't get photos because the hospital is on total lockdown and zero visitors on the weekends.
