DR Property Owners.... Trash is picked up on Mon and Thurs. If trash containers are full, merely placing your trash around containers creates double and triple work before your trash can find its way into a trash truck and turns the place into a disaster. Consider taking your bagged trash on Tues, Wedn, Sat or Sun and placing in trash containers provided. DO NOT THROW TRASH OVER WALL!

Thanks to the Mgmt Committee for their fast action to provide a usable boat ramp and a designated area to park boat trailers at the DR gravel bar. Exceeded expectations. Tx again.

Congratulations to the newest Board Members! Lanis Karnes and Tonya M Baker-Wethington were re-elected to the Board and John Osborne was elected to fill outgoing Board member Steve Bubanovich’s seat. Thanks to all the members that participated in this mornings meeting.

Just a reminder.... The annual meeting will be held on Saturday, May 30, at the VBYCC. Doors will open at 9am to pay dues and obtain new keys, cards, etc. Meeting will start promptly at 10 am. There are three seats to be filled. I encourage all to attend and interested parties to accept a nomination. ... Locks will be changed immediately after the meeting and dues will be considered delinquent at that time. Been a pleasure serving y’all. Steve Bubanovich Board President.

Carter County Stay at Home order.

Due to the ongoing threat posed by COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and recommendations from State, Local, and Federal Agencies to cease large gatherings, the DRPOA Operating and Management Committee has agreed to postpone the annual meeting until further notice. Additionally, monthly Committee meetings will not be held in person. Business which owners have with the Committee should be submitted via mail, phone, or email. These matters will be added to the agenda and taken into cons...ideration. The office will not be open to walk in business during these trying times, we will continue to provide services as best we can. Owners are encouraged to call the office for updates or look at the DRPOA Facebook page for updates. Annual assessments were due January 1, 2020, they will be accepted until April 4, 2020, without late fees or interest. The DRPOA still has financial commitments for services to our members. Payments can be mailed to P.O. Box 162, Van Buren, MO 63965. Board Members whose terms expire will continue to serve until we can assemble to elect people to new terms.
