Our team holiday shirt is inspired by "The Grinch" because 2020 is the year stolen from so many of us, but through it all we have seen so many stories of kindness, of gratitude, and of generosity. We have come to find the good in others, and within ourselves. Our hearts grew in size three times as we came together to support equality for all, and especially those of color in the black and brown communities. No matter what language is spoken, we stand in equality for all, a...nd every who in Who-Ville and every person on this earth, we are all contributors, challengers, capable game changers that can come together and make our futures bright. Congrats to Chiefs Kingdom on securing the best QB for 10 more years!

Our artists are all independently contracted and vetted, however we recently had to separate with an artist and owe an explanation to our clients. I am personally and professionally saddened by the choice this individual made by using vulgar language in a text thread with a customer they had befriended. This artist created work that is not representational of our values, or our philosophy and the created term is not acceptable. What’s more, this individual was marketing th...e design through our channels as an independent piece and once discovered it was removed from our catalog. We all have political views and while we may not understand the reason for the movements currently occurring, we can continue to learn and build fundamental ideas that continue to support all persons, no matter race, orientation, or affiliation in much healthier manners. I have instituted a contractual social media policy and while i understand the statement made can not be undone, it will serve as a valuable lesson to reserve approach to our times and experience to a much more professional approach. It's always sad to share when we can't meet one of our primary objectives. Dream. Design. Deliver. We have taken calculated steps to avoid closing down delivery, however the impact on our business is now substantial enough that it is warranted. We are continuing to load items in to our online store, and will process order requests with the expectation that orders may be refunded if unable to complete. We will not be able to make a promise of delivery date on shipments b...eginning March 25, 2020 currently extending to May 30, 2020. We currently ship products from the United States through New York, Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee, and internationally through China. The COVID-19 outbreak has impacted our domestic suppliers and printers, and shipments for international product are being held in port until restrictions are lifted. If we are unable to complete online orders by May 31, 2020 we will notify purchasing parties and offer reimbursement for unshipped orders. We are actively looking to create content through second tier supply chains. Please look for new content across our catalog, and be ready for more dreams and designs, and once we all get through this, we can get back to delivering our products. Dear clients and friends, For the past 7 years Deejers Design has had the opportunity to serve pageant systems with incredible artwork and promotional imagery. With the spread of COVID 19, I asked all team members to refrain from in person meetings for the time being. We will still hold call and web consultations. For customers with pageants, and large events, we will honor date changes to promotional materials for your event through the end of 2020 at no additional charge,... including modification of cast name changes based on scheduling. We will not offer refunds for cancelled events. We have been experiencing delays in shipping on some products and will begin marking the items in a new all products catalog of products produced in the United States. This disclosure will be available at the bottom of all catalogs on our online store. Products shipping pieces or components from Europe, Australia and China may be delayed.
