Super Bowl square tracking sheets & payments are due tomorrow by 9pm! Please turn in your tracking sheet completely filled out with names & contact information. Each participant should turn in one payment for the total amount of squares sold. Please check your math & make sure everything matches up! For example: If you sold 20 squares, your payment should be $200. Payments can be cash, checks made out to DCPAC Parents Association or Venmo with dancers name & labeled Super Bow...l Squares to @Melissa-Merry-1 Melissa Merry will be at the studio Monday at 5:15, you can turn forms & payment in at that time. You can also put your tracking sheets & payment in an envelope labeled Super Bowl with your dancers name on it, in the black PA lock box at the end of hall. Doug Merry will also be there at 9pm to collect any other payments & empty the box. Please do not leave payments at the front desk! We will tally the number of squares sold & update everyone on Tuesday. If you have any questions, comment on here. Thank you!!

Part of our 2020/2021 Parents Association goals is to focus on giving back to the community. With the pandemic and growing unemployment, local food banks are very low and in desperate need of supplies, especially after the holidays. Our February initiative is to collect non-perishable food items and other essential household items for two local food banks: Harvester Christian Church and St. Joachim & Ann.... Drop offs can be made at the studio during the month of February. There will be a clearly marked donation box in the lobby. Please be sure to check expiration dates as pantries cannot accept expired items. Thank you.

Just a friendly reminder that snacks for LADM need to be brought to the studio by tonight. You can place all non-perishable items in the red tote. Perishable items can be stored in the refrigerator.
